- Of our customers in product development. We regularly carry out feature requests tailored to the specific needs of individual customers; we use their comments to inform the development of the next piece of software - if they want it, we try to make it so. We also use CRM technology, keeping everyone in the loop.

- This year we celebrated our 11th birthday! You may not think this makes us very old, but in IT, this is a very long time.

- Our products evolve: features get added, processes get streamlined, 'bits' get 'tweaked'. The result is smarter, quicker, more powerful applications with strong continuity with their predecessors. Because products get built-upon, rather than abandon, existing users aren't confronted with a steep learning curve with each new release.

When our customers place demands on us (sometimes at short notice, sometimes very audibly!), we understand the challenges they're facing, and why they need what they need when they need it. - Some don’t, we do. Although technological advances mean that almost anything can be done from almost anywhere these days, we think that it's still important to shake hands and look people in the eye. We travel throughout the country (and beyond) to communicate human to human - with not an unsightly wire in site.

- Our environment - your benefit? Well, yes, actually. The reason? Each of us chips in with ideas, shares information freely, and takes a real (unhealthy?) interest in our business - from top to bottom, left to right, front to back. The result? First class products we're proud to put our name to. Because we can give our best - you end up with the best.
